About Us

Welcome to Smart Kitchen Essentials and Pat's kitchen!  I am originally from West Virginia and now live in Florida.  I have been cooking for over 50 years.  It all started with my Easy Bake Oven as a little girl.  Cooking has become a hobby for me, and my kitchen is the most important room in my home.  A few years ago, I looked in my local stores for a pot rack for my new stainless steel cookware, but I couldn't find any anywhere.  So I turned to the internet where I found a beautiful copper potrack that hangs in my kitchen today (shown in the picture here).  I had also purchased my cookware via the internet.  I still don't see potracks in stores where I live, so I hope I can provide some of your cooking and kitchen needs at an affordable price through my website.  I will do my best to ensure that your shopping experience with my company is positive and very satisfactory.  I welcome your comments and constructive criticism to make shopping with us even better!   Happy cooking!

Pat

Our stainless steel and cast iron cookware and food storage products, as well as potracks, are currently provided by Kinetic, a Division of Pathway, The Kitchen Experts.  Products are shipped via UPS from their warehouse in Davenport, Iowa.  Their website is www.kinetic-cookware.com.   Glasslock is an Environmentally Green Product!  Glasslock is tempered and resistant to staining, durable and safe.  It is microwave safe (without worries of chemicals leaching into your foods), freezer, and top rack dishwasher safe!  It is 100% airtight and watertight.  It has a plastic lid with a silicone seal.  However, GlassLock is NOT for use in your oven. Classicor Go Green non-stick fry pans are stainless steel, not aluminum.  They are Green because the non-stick coating contains no PTFE and no PFOA.  They are fully FDA approved, easy to use, and easy to clean.

Our product line from Range Kleen, The Heart of the Home, comes from Lima, Ohio.  Their website is www.rangekleen.com.

We're very excited about our clay cookware line from Reco International.  Reco is based in Cambridge, Ohio.  The Romertopf clay bakers were developed in Germany in 1967.  Clay cooking saves nutrients and saves time.  The clay cookware contains no lead nor cadmium.  Be sure to start with a cold oven when using these clay pots and let them heat gradually in your oven so they don't crack.  Romertopf is a worldwide recognized trade name.  Reco's web site is www.reco.com

We also have brand name products from Paula Deen, Rachael Ray, and Revere.  These lines bring not only more choices for you, our customers, but also more familiar products for you.
