Range Kleen1. Defective Merchandise a. It is necessary to obtain a return authorization number from Range Kleen before returning any merchandise. Call 888-391-2020 for Customer Service. Merchandise shipped without a return authorization number will be refused. The return authorization number should appear on all cartons being returned. 100% credit and freight will be allowed on manufacturer's defects only. Reco International ProductsAll breakage MUST be reported within 10 days of the receipt of the shipment. We will replace all breakage. We will NOT issue credits. All returns must be packed in original packaging with all instructions and be received unbroken. If the item is received back broken, no credit will be given and you will have to issue a claim with the carrier you used for shipping the item back. A 20% restocking fee of the merchandise only will be applied. |
